We will meet for an hour via Zoom every other week for three months for a total of 7 sessions. These Sessions will be recorded and uploaded to your private client portal. In these sessions, we discover your motivating "Why" for greater well-being, and create an action plan to put into place to help you achieve your goals whether that is hormonal balance, painless periods, stress management, healthy lifestyle changes, or overall well-being.
All take aways, session notes, homework and action steps will be stored in your personal private client portal, along with your recorded sessions.
In between sessions, you will be able to ask me questions via Voxer. 24-48 Hour reply. Voxer is a Free Walkie Talkie Style app that can be used to send voice messages back and forth and can be accessed on laptop or app on your mobile device.
With over 100 movement, guided meditations, and breath work practices to choose from, you will have access to this library for 4 months - 3 months during our time together and 1 month after.
The Women's Moon Wisdom: Cyclical Living Self Care Course is your "How To" guide to living in alignment with the natural rhythms of your cycle. With daily yoga, meditation, and breath work practices that align with each phase of your cycle, you will be empowered to make more mindful choices each day so that you can live a more purpose filled life.
Some women find great comfort in testing their hormone levels and having support in creating a plan around their findings. In these cases for an additional fee, we can order hormone testing to better understand where your starting place is and have greater clarity as to what shifts need to occur to create greater hormonal balance.
You'll have downloadable resources to help you set goals and achieve them while also tracking your healthy habits and turning them into a healthy lifestyle.
