#82: Start Your Day with Gratitude: A Morning Meditation

In this short, 8-minute morning meditation, you’ll work with affirmations designed to help you start your day with gratitude in your heart. Through this practice, you’ll cultivate a sense of appreciation for your body, mind, and the experiences that await you. By beginning your day with gratitude, you set a positive tone for everything ahead, inviting joy, connection, and clarity into your life.

This meditation features the following affirmations:
⭐️ I am grateful for this day.
⭐️ I am grateful for my body.
⭐️ I am grateful for my mind.
⭐️ I am grateful for everything I will experience today.
⭐️ I am grateful.

Listen to this meditation shortly after waking to align yourself with gratitude and well-being, and feel free to return to it as part of your morning routine.
