A Note From Rebecca...

 I'm a Certified Women’s Holistic Hormone Health Coach specializing in Cyclical Living, E-RYT 500 & YACEP Yoga Teacher (fancy letters that mean I’ve been teaching yoga since ‘06), Reiki Master, Sound Healing Ceremonialist, Podcaster, Wife and Mother of 2.

Cyclical living has literally transformed my life.   It's given me more clarity in my days, more confidence in my intuition, strengthened my trust in my body,  and it feels like the missing piece to fully aligning with my true nature to live a more fulfilling life.

I know.  That sounds pretty dramatic and epic.

But... it's true for me!

I have experienced first hand the dread of my period.  I'd find myself in a fog and struggling to get things done. The feelings of trying to push through exhaustion to be productive only to find myself feeling disconnected and wondering why I feel like a completely different person.

I knew that this was not how it had to be.
