A Note From Rebecca...

 

Cyclical living has literally transformed my life.   It's given me more clarity in my days, more confidence in my intuition, strengthened my trust in my body,  and it feels like the missing piece to fully aligning with my true nature to live a more fulfilling life.

I know.  That sounds pretty dramatic and epic.

But... it's true for me!

I have experienced first hand the dread of my period.  I'd find myself in a fog and struggling to get things done. The feelings of trying to push through exhaustion to be productive only to find myself feeling disconnected and wondering why I feel like a completely different person.

I knew that this was not how it had to be. 

Our society hasn't exactly done the best job in making us feel less shame around our natural monthly cycle.  If half of the world's population have a menstrual cycle, then why do we feel so disconnected from it?

While I have been teaching yoga full-time for over 15 years, it was after studying the work of Alisa Vitti, Dr. Aviva Romm MD, Dr. Christiane Northrup MD, Donna Eden, and completing a Yoga Medicine Women's Health Training with Tiffany Cruikshank and becoming a certified Women's Hormone Health Practitioner that I knew it was necessary for more women to feel empowered as cyclical beings and align with their cycles.

Cyclical living has the power to deepen your understanding of yourself and connect to your true nature in a way that you may never have experienced.
