Define your Desires

The first thing you'll do is define what end result you are after.  When you define your desired outcome, all the steps you take will be pointed in the right direction.  Take time to do self-inquiry in how you want to feel ultimately, mentally and physically, to promote a fulfilling life.

Determine Your How

Once you figure out what result you are after, you'll determine how you are going to move towards that desired outcome.

Commit to Small Steps

Small actionable steps done consistently make all the difference.  These don't have to be fancy.  Being realistic is part of being successful in moving towards your desires. Your commitment to your well-being starts with one simple step in the direction of your vision.

Have A Community to Hold you Accountable. 

This supportive community will hold you to your word, lift you up when you have fallen, and cheer you on as you move forward.  

Here's How it Works:

  • To join, you'll fill out this short form here.  
  • After filling out the form, you'll receive an email asking you to submit what you are wanting to work on for the next month. This can be any goal related to ...well... anything you need support. Career, relationships, self-care, nutrition, exercise, better sleep, stress management, etc.
  • Each week, you will receive a "check-in" email. You'll note if you completed the task that you wanted support around.  Remember, this is to help hold you accountable to honoring your word.  
  • Then, the last Friday of the month, we will have a 30 minute virtual meeting with our Accountability Circle where everyone can share our experiences and create the next month's goal that you want to be held accountable for.

About Rebecca...

Rebecca is a E-RYT 500 & YACEP Certified Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher of nearly 20 years, Sound Practitioner, Reiki Master, Women's Holistic Hormone Health Educator and Mama of Two. Her mission is to help and inspire others to create a life of freedom by feeling good in their body, reconnecting to their inner guidance system, living their true purpose.  She currently lives in Northern Michigan with her super eco-conscious husband, young daughter and son.
