Rebecca is a E-RYT 500 & YACEP Certified Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher of nearly 20 years, Sound Practitioner, Reiki Master, Women's Holistic Hormone Health Educator and Mama of Two. Her mission is to help and inspire others to create a life of freedom by feeling good in their body, reconnecting to their inner guidance system, living their true purpose.
