I want to help you be the best version of yourself!
When we learn to respect ourselves, we then learn to respect each other, and we learn to respect the Earth we live on. Through cyclical living, mindfulness practices and reconnecting to nature, you can be the best version of you.
About Rebecca Rankin
Upon graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in architecture, Rebecca moved to San Francisco to pursue a new career in the design field. It was 2003 in San Francisco where she began her yoga practice. She found a new passion; a passion for her own self awareness and self-realization. This commenced her journey; transforming her life of design into a life of healing and helping others.
Rebecca is a E-RYT 500 registered yoga teacher and Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider. Since completing her 500+ Hour Ghosh Lineage Yoga teacher training course in 2006, she continued to study other styles of yoga including Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Pilates. She is forever grateful for all of her teachers along the way including Mary Jarvis, Jason Crandell, and Tiffany Cruikshank.
Rebecca approaches both teaching and her own practice with compassion, passion, and dedication. She is known for her encouraging and optimistic style of teaching that incorporates both the physical and mental aspects of a yoga practice. Her positive attitude on and off the yoga mat is contagious.
Rebecca has had the opportunity to travel and share her passion throughout the United States, as well as Europe and Central America leading retreats and co-leading teacher trainings.
Rebecca continues to grow and share her knowledge of alternative stress relief modalities with her community. She has trained and certified in Sound Healing and offers Monthly Sound Journeys. Rebecca is also a Reiki Master and offers 1:1 Reiki & Sound Healing Sessions.
When a health 'wake-up call' had her looking for more answers to optimize her health, Rebecca expanded her focus in Women's Wellness and became a certified Women's Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner. She facilitates monthly Women's Circles, works 1:1 with clients to create action plans for hormonal well-being, created Cyclical Living courses and app, and has created a podcast - The Women's Moon Wisdom Podcast. Rebecca knew it was necessary to create tools where women can apply the wisdom of their cycles to regulate their experiences in their bodyMind and feel supported along the way.
She practiced yoga throughout her pregnancies up until she gave birth. She credits all the time meditation and on her yoga mat to having enjoyable pregnancies and being able to stay focused and in the present moment with her young daughter and son.
